Marketing and Graphic Design Interns
U.S. Music Corp is currently seeking hard-working Marketing and Graphic Design interns for its Winter Internship Program.
You’ll have the opportunity to work on marketing for five different brands at one of the top guitar and amplifier manufacturers in the world. You’ll learn about targeting different and distinct audiences in our program and have the opportunity to work on advertising, package design, PR, brand image, convention coordination and artist relations.
Requirements for Marketing Internship:
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel and Access)
- Must be an excellent multi-tasker and able to adapt quickly to the different needs of the department
- Must be extremely organized and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Requirements for Graphic Design Internship:
- You must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite – CS3, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience setting files up for prepress, contemporary typesetting methods, photo manipulation, print production are preffered
- Must be able to perform clipping paths on a guitar
- Photography skills are a plus
This position is perfect for a graphic design or marketing major that is looking for experience with a lifestyle brand and has a passion for music. The successful candidates will also be extremely organized, able to work under pressure, take creative direction and have proficient writing skills. While there will be no monetary compensation for the position, we are willing to work with your school to see if you can receive credit hours in return for your time.
